• Environmental and regulatory permitting

• Construction support

• Landowner and community relations

• License and permit acquisitions for road, railroad and utility crossings

• Specialized regulatory inspection, reporting and compliance

• Environmental assessments and restoration

• Project management

• Condemnation litigation
