Project Managers

Excel Energy Services is seeking experienced ROW Project Managers.  The ideal candidate would have at least 5-8 years of ROW acquisition experience, including 2-3 years of Project Management experience.

Responsibilities would include, but would not be limited to:

• Permitting

• Condemnation

• Reclamation

• Title Knowledge

• Regulatory Experience

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of ROW acquisition Experience

• 2-3 years of Project Management Experience

• Must be able to operate in an environment with multiple responsibilities, tight deadlines and strict standards

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Apps Software, including Outlook, Word, Excel and ESRI GIS or similar

• Ability to create and use spreadsheets including multiple worksheets at an intermediate level

• Bachelor Degree preferred

• AAPL and IRWA SR/WA Member Preferred

• PMP Preferred
