Ron had extensive experience providing solutions and integrations for Renewable Energy, IOT & Smart City Technologies into Real Estate projects.
His areas of experience and expertise include commercial solar, wind, hydrogen, biomass, battery storage development and EV charging site acquisition & development services. Ron also has experience in fiber optic, wireless, DAS & small cell network permitting, design & construction services. He has been involved in large senior housing land acquisitions and development project for assisted, independent and active adult Living. His multifamily projects and mixed use housing communities have provided favorable returns.
Ron acquired a BS in Finance, Real Estate & Urban Analysis from Ohio State University. He has created a non-profit called Shepherd's Housing to provide affordable housing, care and services to the elderly clergy around the world.

Robert is a licensed real estate broker in both MN and WI and is a certified Senior Right-of-Way Agent (SR/WA) with the International Right of Way Association. He has over seven years experience in residential sales and purchases. He has five years experience as a Senior Siting & Land Rights Agent. Robert specializes in the relocation of gas and electric transmission and distribution facilities and the acquisition of right-of-way and property rights for the utility industry. He acquired his Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics from the University of Minnesota. Robert grew up in the Twin Cities area and enjoys spending time in northern Wisconsin on the lake in the Summer and snowmobiling and skiing in the Winter.
